My a/c stopped working at 6:45 pm. I called Randy, and he was here within a hour. Fortunately, it was something so minor that I doubt most service persons would have checked that first. I have always used Vance Air and Heating. They are the only company that I trust to be honest with me. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They had to replace the entire control side of my outdoor unit and were able to get parts quickly. My unit went down on the hottest day of the year- on a Sunday to boot (of course). I called several different companies- including the company that had come out to service the unit only 2 weeks prior. Of all these companies, Randy was the only one who came out (again, hottest day of the year, on a Sunday afternoon). He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very pragmatic about the options to solve the problem. Good guy.

We were having an issue with the upstairs of our house being cooled. Randy came out on a Sunday to assess the situation. Two days later, Johnathan came out and looked into it more and told us that our system was really bad. He gave us many options and we never felt pressured to pick a certain one. Johnathan was very knowledgeable and honest. We were quoted for an entirely new system, and within two days, Johnathan, Randy, and the crew were at our house installing an entire new A/C system. The entire installation was so smooth and seamless. It was a big job and they completed it in one day. When a part wasn't working right Randy and Johnathan came out the next day to fix the situation and go over the entire system, components, and the electric board. I would recommend Vance A/C and heating to anyone. They respond very quickly to all questions. You don't just feel like a customer, but a valued person. More than 5 stars are needed. From the first call to Randy to the finish, it was about 10 days. Amazing!!! Thank you to Vance for everything.

Vance A/C came highly recommended to us by two coworkers who turned out to be totally right! We noticed our A/C was out when we woke up in the morning and were able to get an appointment with them the same day. Our cheaply sourced capacitor was shot, so Jonathan replaced it. He also recommended a few other things to help our 6-year-old A/C unit stay in “good health”. That said, I never felt as though his recommendations were strong-arm attempts to up-sell me. He even pointed out an item that didn’t need to be replaced right away, saving us money. Jonathan was great at explaining our issues in layman’s terms, as well as making a point to show me pictures of our issues. From now on, this awesome family-owned business will be our go-to A/C repair team should we ever be in need – I’ll be recommending them from now on to all of our family, friends, and neighbors!

I don't even know where to start!! Every aspect of dealing with them was perfect!! From the first phone call to have them come out and look at my old unit, to them installing a whole new unit was a great experience! Johnathan and Mr. Vance are two of the kindest men out there. I trusted them from the start. All the work was done with care and they are cautious not to leave a mess. The employees are very hard working that's for sure! My new a/c unit is a dream! I know my house is safe! During the initial inspection they found where when my roof was replaced a couple of years ago, the interior vent from the furnace was never reconnected to the exterior vent.. therefore, carbon monoxide was being released into my attic!! The hot air was also burning my boards in my attic. So thank God I had them out when I did!! Thank you to Vance Air Conditioning for everything! You were absolutely wonderful to work with!!!

Great service. Was a pleasure to meet the crew. Randy and his crew are very professional. So we had a bit of an interesting experience. My grandfather fell and got hurt while they were working, and all of the gentlemen working were extremely quick to respond and even got the paramedics to our house quickly. They helped get everything right before continuing, making sure he was okay. They finished in a very timely manner and did an amazing job. I will always recommend them.  Big shout out to Marvin, David, Eric, Tiroson, and Randy all for helping, I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.
