HVAC Repair & Installation in Katy, TX

Katy’s growth along I-10 and the Grand Parkway — Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Cane Island, and the older neighborhoods near Katy Mills — puts serious load on attic HVAC. Vance Air & Heat runs trucks through ZIP codes 77494 and 77450 every week from our Wallis shop at 11120 Reinecker Rd, about 45 minutes west on I-10.

We diagnose no-cool calls on two-story builders-grade systems, replace undersized condensers that can’t keep up in August, and install Ruud heat pumps and dual-fuel setups sized for Gulf Coast humidity. Duct sealing, smart thermostats, and IAQ upgrades matter here: many Katy homes have long attic runs and dusty construction leftover that choke airflow.

Same-day dispatch is available for most emergencies, with 24/7 coverage when the system dies overnight. Randy Vance (TACLA00029217E) answers the phone — written estimates, no call-center scripts, and the same crew that shows up at your door.
